Compilation File Request Process Example:

  1. Login to your WorkFlow account with your Sundal supplied security credentials

  2. Submit Your File Request

  3. Upload your compressed CaseWare™ file, back-up bookkeeping file and tax file along with the supporting documents.

  4. Aside from communications related to points requiring clarification, you can relax while your files are completed.

  5. You are notified that your work has been completed and reviewed and is ready for you to receive.

What We Do:

  • Roll forward your CaseWare™ file
  • Import GL or TB to CaseWare™ (according to your preferences)
  • Perform variance analysis and an initial review of the general ledger
  • Prepare a list of required documents
  • Following receipt of required documents, we complete the working papers, financial statements and T2 return.
  • Ensure that major accounts are reconciled and/or reasonableness is determined.
  • Ensure the inclusion of continuity schedules for assets, inter-company and shareholder accounts.
  • Ensure that marketable securities are reconciled to T3 and T5 slips (if required).
  • Ensure that all source documents are embedded, linked, cross-referenced.
  • Files are prepared, reviewed and returned to you within ten (10) working days.

  • Completed working papers in CaseWare™
  • Completed T2 return
  • Financial statements using your CaseView™ or Jazz-It™ templates
  • Final adjustments based on your review
  • GST return (if requested)
  • Compilation engagements have a sub 10 business day turnaround time (1)
  • Quality Assurance and review by a senior CPA (2)
